These terms govern access to and use of NurtureOS, a lead nurture and client communication platform for real estate professionals. By using NurtureOS, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
NurtureOS is currently invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Customer Data
You retain rights to your customer, lead, property, and workflow data. You authorize NurtureOS to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not use NurtureOS to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected parts of the product; or violate applicable real estate, privacy, marketing, or communications laws.
Availability And Changes
We work to keep NurtureOS reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
